SUMMARY
The Branch Manager is a key leader at Peoples Bank, responsible for driving branch performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and developing a high-performing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives and Teller staff
Create a positive, customer-centric culture focused on growth and service excellence
Review staff performance, audit work accuracy, and provide constructive feedback
Review and approve staff schedules to support efficient branch operations
Train staff in new and existing systems, products, procedures, and regulatory updates
Maintain expert knowledge of bank products, services, and operational processes
Open, service, and maintain personal and business customer accounts
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Manage branch cash balances and internal controls
Set, monitor, and achieve branch performance, service, and growth goals
Serve as a role model and step into any branch operations role when business needs require

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues confidently and professionally
Solid understanding of banking operations, compliance, and best practices

Job Details Credit Analyst Any Branch Full time

SUMMARY
A Credit Analyst conducts investigations to determine the credit worthiness of businesses and individuals to determine their capacity to repay debt obligations. Responsibilities include developing financial profiles to determine trends and the risk profile of the credit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review consumer credit bureau reports on individuals to determine credit history
Evaluate income information including pay stubs and tax returns to calculate debt to income ratios
Spread financial statements and tax returns to identify trends and calculate key financial performance ratios
Determine the sufficiency of financial information to ensure the process for sound decision-making
Advise on loan structure to meet loan policy requirements and prudent underwriting standards
Prepare loan memorandums to be presented to loan committee for credit approval
Review exception reports to ensure credit files have adequate and required information
Evaluate and determine market values for various types of collateral
Conduct collateral reviews, including physical inspection and online data collection
Perform construction and floor plan inspections on a periodic basis
Assist customers in building proforma operating statements for new businesses
Review loan files for completeness and accuracy including the legal requirements to perfect a security interest in collateral
Attend and participate in various committee meetings
Pursue professional and personal development opportunities, training to be provided by the bank
Other duties as assigned

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Represent the bank as a member of a civic club or regularly volunteering for a charitable cause
Promote the bank and its products and services to individuals and businesses
Perform other specific and delegated duties as requested by the President/CEO, or as requested by senior management officers of the bank

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Business degree or five years’ experience in relevant accounting/banking field
Strong curiosity and desire to learn
Excellent verbal communications, writing and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and work with all levels of the employment base
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under deadline pressures

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Teller, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.

Processing customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
Handling and balancing a cash drawer while following all audit and security procedures
Processing cashier’s checks, savings bonds, and other miscellaneous transactions
Assisting with ATM balancing and daily transaction processing
Verifying deposits from night and lobby depositories
Supporting vault operations under dual control procedures
Participating in team meetings involving products, services, and operational updates
Providing a professional and positive experience for every customer

QUALIFICATIONS
